  11. Everyone can use one or two of these regularly and all of them occasionally.
  12. Can be used as a single program or load each module in a separate window for
  13. fast switching between other programs.  To prevent excess use of Windows
  14. resources, each module shares the software engine that drives them all.

  16. LOAN/LEASE can be a personal tool to decide which mortgage, loan or lease
  17. is best for you or a business tool to give comparisons to potential
  18. customers for leasing.  Comparisons can be printed in total or by group.
  19. Either Principal, number of payments, interest rate, or payment can be
  20. found by entering the other three.  Examples: Find the actual interest
  21. rate you are paying on your lease.  Find how much you can borrow if you
  22. limit your payments to five hundred dollars a month.  Residuals and buyouts.
  23. Make, maintain, and print an amortization of your mortgage, loan, or lease.
  24. Experiment with larger payments each month or changing the interest rate.
  25. CONVERSIONS, convert from unit to unit.  So how many teaspoons are in a
  26. tablespoon anyway?
  27. REMINDERS, tickler, date sensitive reminders pop up when you load
  28. Handy Stuff and reminder is current, make new entries all day as you work.
  29. Don't forget: to return phone calls, to check up on that software you
  30. ordered, to get your car maintenance done, your dentist appointment
  31. (well ok, don't use it for that), and any other date you don't want to
  32. forget.
  33. MAIL LIST and ADDRESSES, maintain and track personal and business names,
  34. addresses, and phone numbers with birthdays, call back dates, and historical
  35. notes for each.  Every entry can belong to multiple groups (Examples:
  36. christmas cards - relatives - friends - soccer team - business prospects -
  37. business customers - etc).  Auto-dialer with a modem.
  38. Print lists and labels of all, or by a selected group.  Make an export
  39. file to use with a word processor for a mail merge.
